Easy to use, convenient position of controls

I bought the range almost 3 months ago. I selected the coil version for its stride Ed’s and that fact that not all my cookware are flat bottomed. The rannge is vey well build, stride and easy to clean. The other feature that I liked are the position of the control knobs which are at the front and not the back due to which there is a lower risk of burn. The one feature that is miss is the electronic timer and clock feature especially for the oven. But can live with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The up front controls are easily knocked ON as you pass by the appliance. Numerous times I have walked in the kitchen to see that a burner is on.
I am disabled and live in an accessible apartment. How does this issue equal ADA compliant??
Setting the control to Broil is an iffy endeavor. The control knob MUST be precisely positioned, or you still have a cold oven.
