Overall, I'm pleased with product with two exceptions

The cutlery compartments are too flimsy. They pop out of the holder when removing the cutlery and they are not a tight fit. Nerve wracking to say the least.
The controls on the front are located such that you're prone to accidentally push one when closing the dishwasher and activate a cycle(s) unintentionally.
It is a very quiet unit and it cleans well.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
Cons: loose fitting cutlery compartments, Location of controls

This dishwasher is very quiet. The pot scrubbing feature works well. Dishes stack conveniently. Glasses are clean and sparkly. The features are "extras" that make this dishwasher easy to use and no worries about if the dishes will be clean.

Love most of the features except I have large cookie sheets and they do not fit in because of the height. Very quiet and the cycle is long but that makes it more energy efficient.

My old unit did a good job. but wife would rinse dishes B4 loading. I could tell from any room in the house the dishwasher was doing a load. (IT WAS LOUD) and distracting. this unit uses less water and so far no mold build up or musty smell. though have run a cycle empty a couple times.

I'm very impressed with the quietness of this kitchenAid dishwasher, especially when it has a garbage disposal built in. The large capacity is a much needed feature for big families. The large utencil tray has been very useful when I entertain and have extra flatware to wash.
