I have had my new dishwasher about a month now. So far it seems very satisfactory. My dishes come cleaner than they ever did in my previous machine. I am impressed with the water heating feature and the ability to clean dishes without pre washing in the sink.
Pros: Heats the water
Cons: silverware seperator needs larger holes

No matter how often I run this dishwasher, it constantly has a terrible odor that makes you want to vomit.

I still have to wash dishes and silverware of food because otherwise it is stuck on or cloudy when I take them out. The kitchen aide this one replaced was loud, but got the job done in a light wash. This one takes more than an hour to run.
Top rack a little flimsy. Loading takes a bit of repositioning. Not as much room on bottom rack as my old one...which was 28 years old. Only certain size dishes fit.

Owned Kitchenaid years ago; sorry that I went with another product which failed after only 3 years. Features are very easy to use, cleans dishes beautifully and is so quiet I can stand next to it and hardly tell it's running. I would highly recommend this product

Basic dishwasher that does a decent job cleaning but has flimsier racks and is louder than the KitchenAid dishwasher we replaced. The lids of the silverware basket are not very sturdy and can make loading/unloading silverware difficult.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: Louder than anticipated, silverware lids are not sturdy

My old dishwasher only lasted 13 years, not long enough in my book, so I decided to go for a more reliable name. So glad that I did. This d/w is quiet and cleans my dishes like I washed them by hand. It takes longer to go through the cycle, but used less water and electricity....not sure how that works, but...
It is very quiet. The inside of the machine is sparkling clean, love that! I would recommend this dishwasher.
Pros: easy to use, Quiet
Cons: only a 4 hour delay start

only comment is with panel selection on front of dishwasher and my dishwasher is located left of sink, frequently I find my hip unknowingly hits selection buttons and turns on and I usually am able to turn it off quickly. I do use the lock button when I remember. Had I known this could be problem, I would have considered another option of location of buttons but did not want to send additional $$ as this machine is expensive already. Otherwise, this is a wonderful dishwasher. I love how quiet this product is.
