Great product, with one flaw. The controls, located on the top of the door - facing the users abdomen - is too easily manipulated. There should be a "safety" button or lever to prevent accidental activation.
Pros: Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: design should have prevented accidental activation

Love the quietness! The dishes comes out dry and crystal clear. Occasionally, I will get a dish in the middle of the appliance that did not get clean and was not that dirty to begin with. Frequently, I forget to push the start button twice to actually start the cycle. I think I started the dishwasher only to find out later I did not because I did not push the start button again.
Pros: Performance, Innovative, Sound level, easy to use
Cons: ease of use - starting the dishwasher

This model has more features than you can use. it is extremely quiet and cleans dishes well. However on normal wash dishes do not always dry well and interior is wet. inspect your front stainless panel as around handle it can have a small depression which reflects like a large dent. did not see it in 2 stores but even our replacement panel when put on had the same defect. overall happy with purchase and value

This is our first built in dishwasher and it has exceeded our expectations.
Its super quiet and cleans well. The only cons are the buttons are super sensitive and you can accidentally hit a button while working at the counter and mess up the cycle. the other is that the silverware basket needs a redesign.

This machine does a great job cleaning once you learn how to best place the dirtier dishes. We occasionally turn it on by mistake due to the controls on the outer panel. It is relatively quiet.

I love it except for the fact the controls are too easy to accidentally press by leaning on it. Not a big problem, though. Bottom line is it cleans the dishes very well and is so quiet you can't tell it's on except for the lights! I would definitely recommend it!!
