I am very pleased with this product. It is quiet and cleans up the grey marks that knives leave on the plates. No other dishwasher that I have owned cleaned that good. The only weak part of the dishwasher is the touch control panel. We had to have it replaced once because the light on the Sani Rinse would not come on. Now after a week with the replacement control panel, two of the lights stay on very dim all the time. I will be contacting my dealer again.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
Cons: two control panels failed.

I just purchased a home with this unit and having an issue with the top rack. I look at the reviews which clearly state there is an issue, and that some individuals received help with the top rack. Now I try the live chat, and is told they not seen an issue with the top rack. Shocking

Nice dishwasher, quiet and cleans well. The racks are too light, they seem a bit "cheap " considering the price of the dishwasher. I'm also a little disappointed that the dishwasher doesn't have a quick rinse option. Overall it's a good buy. My dishes come out clean and spotless for the most part and we usually use the 1 hour option. The "ProScrub" option is nice too, works well.
Pros: Convenient Features, Design, easy to use, Performance, Innovative
Cons: lightweight racks, no quick rinse cycle

I shopped around and felt this D.W. was a good value for the cost. The quiet sound rating was very important as was the enclosed food disposal. I did not want to be cleaning a separate strainer attachment that some of the newer additions have. Some have said the quiet sound quality was questionable, but I only hear a dull hum and very little internal dish rattle compared to the average DW. I also use the 4 hour delay start, so I don't really listen to anything while I'm sleeping. I was skeptical about the rear pot scrubber, but it has performed well on messy pans. Dishes all come clean with very little pre-rinse. My cons are these: There is no- rinse only- cycle. I thought there was as the panel does say sani-rinse, but this is only during one of the preset 4 wash cycles. I have appreciated this feature in the past as I don't use the DW everyday, a little pre-rinse is nice. The touch panel IS very sensitive and it becomes important to use the PANEL LOCK. While a false start is no big deal now and then; accidently hitting the cancel button in the middle of a wash cycle means you have to start all over. (Using the Panel Lock after setting the cycle start does prevent this) Overall this machine met most of my shopping requirements, as I didn't find a single DW that met all of them.

I purchased the KUDS30IXWH KitchenAid washer based on model specs and brand recognition. 6 months in to it and I had KitchenAid replace the top rollers. 1 1/2 years the rollers broke again and I had to pay out of pocket for them. Around this same time the front metal cover started to rust in the top right portion by a side vent. 3 years the control panel requires us to turn off the circuit breaker to reset it. 4 years the control panel doesn't respond and needs to be replaced. This is not what I expected and is unacceptable for a dishwasher at this cost. I will be purchasing another brand this week.
