This is our first "brand new" dishwasher we've ever purchased and
we love it. I think our old one was 15 years old, so it was time for
a new one. We also have a KitchenAid refrigerator and love it too!
Dishwasher is very "uncomplicated" to operate, even my husband can
run it. Thank you!!!
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Convenient Features, Design
Cons: lower shelf could fit more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The interior is designed the way I always wished a dishwasher would be designed. Room for everything. All shapes and sizes. Even enough room for all the silverware we use - amazing. I just don't know why the cycle stops some times. It's a little weird.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Convenient Features, Innovative
Cons: weird stops.

Cleans really well, fits lots of stuff, and is super quiet. Only issue is the little utensils slot holders kind of fall down into their containers and so are a little bit frustrating, but that's not much of a complaint given the rest of the machine's excellence.
Pros: easy to use, Performance

We are very happy with our KitchenAid dishwasher. The only thing I would improve is the eating utensils section. The covers that keep the items separated are hard to keep in place. We like to use them, but they frequently fall inside making it more difficult to remove the knives and forks etc.
Pros: Design, easy to use, easy to keep interior clean, Performance, Innovative, Very Quiet!, Convenient Features
Cons: utensil spacers fall inside

Simple yet has all we need to do what is done every third to fourth day. Has the dishwasher for a few months now and I'd perfect, I'd recommend KitchenAid dishwasher as we have a new model now and have had one for years in a house we built over 15 years ago and sold the home, during the time we had the original unit we never had an issue and hope to repeate that trend for another 15 years or more.

Very quiet, well designed, and a lot of space

This unit is super quiet. I only hear the water kick on and off now and then. It also has a great design which offers a lot of space to load larger, odd shaped pots and pans. My only CON is that silverware covers are really flimsy. We have some baby bottle parts that we don't want getting knocked out and the covers aren't that great. Honestly, not a big deal if you look at all the PROS for this unit. Highly recommended.
Pros: Performance, Design, easy to use

Disappointed in product

I had the same dishwasher and moved it to a rental home as I loved it so I bought the upgraded one for my home. I have to say I've been very disappointed in it. The silverware basket is poorly made and as the section you flip down to put in your knives won't stay connected to insert the knives. Also, it is very, very, very, very, sensitive if you barely touch the buttons while washing or not. If your washing and hit the button you have to start the cycle all over and it will start or cancel with the slightest of touch. The door it is difficult to open and insert dishes. It is however quieter than my older model.
Pros: Quiet, Looks Nice
Cons: buttons to touchy, Door difficult to open, silverware basket not good quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
