The dishwasher overall appears to be of great quality. Other stainless appliances I have had were so cheaply made just dropping a fork on the inside door would dent it. Wish this model had a rinse and hold and smaller distance between some tines on the lower level.

I have been loving my new dishwasher since January!!!! It has been such a wonderful new appliance in our kitchen. I have 3 negative comments about it though.
1) When the bottom rack is loaded and pulled out...the weight of it has started to separate my counter and backsplash.
2) The utensil holders are not designed so well. I came up with a solution. The compartment lids kept falling in and did not stay latched- so I used small electrical ties to secure them closed.
3) The buttons on front are very sensitive. If you accidentally touch them when closing the machine- they beep.
BUT, overall- I am 99% happy, happy, happy with this dishwasher!

This dishwasher has been quiet and works very well even when it is packed full. I used it after a dinner party for 21 and it only tooke me 2 loads to get it all done. Everything was very clean even when it was not scraped completely. I don't feel like I have to wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. The silver ware compartment is well designed. Stacking the dishes has been easy to do.
I don't like that I have to use a jet dry product for things to come out dry. With the jet dry product the dishes are totally dry and the machine looks spotless too . I would recommend this product.

I have only used a few times so far but am satisfied with performance so far. Sound level is very low, can hardly tell it's running. Complete cycle seems to take a long time. Control panel/buttons hard to see/read.
Cons: Controls hard to read

The dishwasher is very quite. The only complaint I have is the door is heavy. However, this is probably what makes the dishwasher quiet with the heavier door and insulation.
