Dishwasher works well. However, a few negatives such as the flip-up silverware holder feature is flimsy...they flip up when removing silverware and push down when placing silverware in the slots. They also don't sit flat or stay in place. We removed them after two weeks of ownership.
The two plastic levers on the top rack used to adjust the height of the basket hold water, which drips down on the floor of the kitchen. This mostly happens when the dry cycle is interupted early, but shouldn't happen at all. A simple design change that would allow the levers to completely drain would help.

We enjoy the dishwasher. Had issues with the utensil holder as it wouldn't keep them upright. The buttons on the dishwasher have faded and we have had it less then a year. The machine washes the dishes great. Besides the two issues we are happy.

We have had our Kitchenaid dishwasher for a month now and it is a very welcome addition to our family. Our previous dishwashers can not compare to the quality and overall performance of the kitchenaid. Our salesman was totally right when he advised us to get it and how happy we would be with the performance and oh so quiet. I have raved to all our friends and family about it and its cleaning power on cooked on foods and such. Have yet to find a job it can not handle and really have put it to the test. Love it dearly. Purchase one, you will not be disappointed.

Overall very satisfied with the tray organiztion and washing results. However, the control locl function is sometimes slow to engage. I would have liked the staus lights visible from the front of the door and all other controls hidden on the top.

This is the best dish washer . It cleans and drying is great. The pro scrub is a bonus... works great . There are a couple things that do need improved on , the front controls are really sensitive. It may come on if you reach over to a cabinet above.. can just be turned off or leave the lock system on it to prevent dish washer coming on when you do not want it on. Then the utensil holders are made really cheap. When you put in or try to get out your silver ware out they will just come off.. so we have just decided to take them off. I can not believe as nice of a dish washer this is they would embarrass their selves to put such a cheap part in. The only other thing is the front is not finger proof. These are just small issues but do need pointed out. Over all I love it and am glad I bought it. I would recommend to other buyers.

Very pleased with the dishwasher. I shopped around a lot looking for just the right dishwasher. All of the features I wanted in a dishwasher are in this one. The ones I like the most are the china wash, the delay wash, and the 1 hour wash. I also like the silverware tray that you can remove to empty it easier. I love it!
Pros: cleans dishes really well without rinsing first, Design, Performance, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: you lean against it and it turns on, not really quiet
