Recently bought this after my 6 year old Bosch died due to a mfg defect in the motherboard that they wouldn't fix without charging me almost as much as a new dishwasher. Lesson learned.
This machine is much quieter, more efficient, and lots nicer than the Bosch. The controls are easy to operate. The operation of the machine is very intuitive. On top of that, it just looks great in our kitchen. Love the multilayer wash jets and the layout of the interior. I can get more dishes in the same size dishwasher. Really like the placement of the silverware tray. Nothing but an upgrade for us all the way around.

Love, love, love this KA d/w more than my last KA which was still working fine after 14 years.The new dishwasher is even quieter than the last. The kitchen is open to the family room so the d/w is only about 25 ft from our chairs. If it weren't for the lights on it, we wouldn't know an appliance was in operation.

Don't like the sensitivity. Of the selection panel. If machine closed and your body gets close it starts up. Lights stay on until I actually want to start it.

I love Kitchen Aid products and this one is no exception. I have had a stand mixer for many years and still love it. My old dishwasher died after only 3 years and was very loud. I love the fact that this one feels very sturdy and doesn't have a handle that needs to be pushed to open. It is very quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. Love the squeaky clean feel of the dishes. I would recommend this product it does not disappoint!
