My new dishwasher is performing very well and , in general, I've very happy with it. I do have a couple of concerns, though. I miss a feature that was on my old Kitchen Aid dishwasher and that was a separate rinse cycle which I did use quite often. This model does not have that feature.
My only other problem is that I inadvertently "bump" the control panel whenever I reach up to get something out of an upper cabinet above the dishwasher. Sometimes, that cancels the entire washing cycle and I have to start over at the beginning. Then, just yesterday, when the dishwasher wasn't in use at all, I must have touched the Control Lock button by mistake. I had a difficult time undoing that mistake when I tried to start the dishwasher the next time! This has become an annoyance because the control panel is super sensitive to a very light touch, and I'm not sure how it can be corrected.

The dishwasher frequently freezes and can only be reset by shutting power off to the dishwasher. Support for the products is poor at best. Replacement parts (such as the glass rack adapter) are shipped without installation instructions. the kitchen aid part is out of stock but they will sell you the Whirlpool part for $5.00 more.

JUst like all the other reviews said, the top rollers fell apart along with the top rack spacers. Unit is very finnicky on cleaning and we never know when it's going to clean and when it won't. Can't use any soap other than Cascade or it leaves a nasty film. The buttons on the face of the unit are very sensitive and if you lean against them while at the kitchen counter the machine turns on. VERY disappointed with this unit....

I read a lot of reviews online before purchasing this dishwasher. It appears some people will never be happy no matter what, which made it hard to pick through the negative adds. Our old dishwasher should have been replaced years ago and had started depositing a film on our glasses. My wife ran the glassware through the sanitize cycle on this washer and much of the glass came out clear again. The pot scrub cycle worked great too. Although I am still trying to break myself from cleaning the dishes before washing them, the stuff I did leave on has always come clean. Drying is fine unless you want dishes that pool water to dry also, those need to be tilted as much as possible. Rinse aid does make a big difference. When the upper rack is in lower position you can fit a full size plate up top. I have not found the stainless front hard to keep clean. There are 2 things that annoyed me about the washer; 1) The buttons on the front are almost too easy to hit, and start washer just from leaning on counter. 2) The utensil holder had a good concept, but the hinges for the lids to not reach far enough into the rack so the lids (which separate the utensils) would fall out or into the rack. I took it out and use my old rack in its place.
Pros: Convenient Features, Performance, easy to use
Cons: utensil rack poor design

One of the features that sold me on this particular model was the adjustable top shelf , which allows you to wash tall wine glasses. Unfortunately, when it is adjusted for these glasses plates will not fit on the bottom shelf. I also have some trouble keeping the adjustable top racks properly aligned. The machine if very quiet. I haven't really used the power scrubbing features yet.
Pros: easy to use, Performance
Cons: adjustable features don't work as advertised
