So quiet I can barely tell it's running! Cleans great, I've never had to put a single thing back in because it didn't get clean. I love being able to adjust the top shelf to fit taller items. This is, by far, the best dishwasher I've ever had. The only issue we've had with it is that the front panel is very sensitive (is that really a problem?) I've gotten into the habit of locking the panel every time I use it so it's no longer a problem.

I like the features on my new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. It is more energy efficient and much quieter. This is my third Kitchen Aid and the one we just replaced was over 20 years old. It was still working, but we felt it was time to buy a new one before it did stop working. I am a little disappointed in the new one as I have to rinse my dishes which I did not have to do with the old model and still I have some dishes that do not come out clean. I did find that powder does work better than the little pods of dishwasher detergent.
Pros: Design, easy to use, Innovative, Convenient Features
Cons: doesn't clean as well as my 20 year old model.

I am of the opinion that all appliances should last forever...my old dishwasher didn't and in my search for a new one, I knew how long lasting and top quality the smaller appliances are...so decided to try a dishwasher and I am truly happy that I did.
I love my new dishwasher and I was able to get bisque which is almost impossible to get now...love it...love Kitchenaid.

The dishwasher has a tendency to leak when I use drying agent. It seems to create to much suds. Though, to get the dishes nice and dry, the drying agent is needed.
Also, the controls are soooo sensitive, when at the counter chopping and cooking, I have to be sure to put the control lock on or the Cancel/Drain starts running just from a light touch.
The machine is very quit, which I love.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: over sudsing, Sensitive controls
