I was skeptical at first because of all the negative reviews I read. I will tell you to not believe everything they say. It is a very nice dishwasher that looks great in the kitchen. It is efficient with occasional dried food as with any other dishwasher I've owned. You must use "Cascade" with a rinse aid just as the label states. A generic cleaner does not work at all with this dishwasher. I love the stainless steel inside so mold doesn't take over. I have it in black and it is very sleek looking. It holds a lot of tableware.
Pros: Design, Performance, easy to use
Cons: must use "cascade" expensive but worth it.

Cleans extremely well and is exceptionally quiet.
However, the front-facing touchpad is very "touchy"--just lightly leaning against the front touch pad controls turns the unit on. Must use "control lock" button after each use in order to prevent accidently brushing up against the keypad and turning on the dishwasher.
All in all, quite pleased with the product's performance and value..
Pros: Convenient Features, Performance
Cons: overly sensitive front touchpad control.

Electronic heat-sensitive touch control buttons are unique, and require getting used to. Delayed activation occurs just a few seconds after the start button is touched. Important features include rear wall jets, powered waste disposal, S/S interior, adjustable top shelf, and solid door construction.
Lighted exterior front facing controls are more convenient than other topside buttons whenever installed under overhanging counter edges. Model has very quiet insulated operation. It is an excellent value that has most of the features of more expensive dishwashers.

Cons: instruction manual needs to have more information.
