Rinse aid dispenser goes from full to empty in 3 washes. Touch pads on front of door are too sensitive. Inadvertent brushing up against the door starts the washer. Drying is incomplete, even when waiting hours after completion of wash & dry cycle.

Main problem I see is that the top rack seems to droop down more than the preious Kitchen Aid dishwasher I had.Afraid it is gojng to break with weight in it and pulled out all the way.Time will tell.

A little disappointed in this machine.
Does not always clean its best and the utensil racks never stay in place, they drop when utensisl are put inside.

There are some pros & cons for this model. When turned on, there are approximately 5-6 loud bangs before the machine begins to wash, regardless of which cycle I choose. I do not know what this is from. When stacking the large dishes along the front of the bottom shelf, they all collapse onto each other, regardless of which way I face them. There is no readout as to how many minutes are left to the cycle, this is something I miss from my Maytag that the Kitchenaid replaced. The machine does wash the dishes very well. Not sure if I would buy stainless steel again, very difficult to keep clean, even when using the SS cleaner, there are still streaks on the front.
Pros: Performance, Cleans Dishes Well
Cons: 5-6 loud bangs before washing begins, would not choose stainless again, collapsing dishes
