I didn't want a new dishwasher...but I am so glad we chose this one! It is easy to load, has plenty of space for my chunky fiesta ware and cleans well. The cleaning options are varied and so are the rack options..but not with SO many choices that I'll have broken plastic like my old machine.
Pros: Performance, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: not quite as dry as i expected

I love the quietness of this dishwasher. It has all the features that I like and some I didn't have on my old dishwasher. The pocket handle makes it fit in nice and flush with the cabinet and it looks very sleek and modern. It cleans my dishes very well and has a large capacity which makes it nice when entertaining. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to my friends.

The best thing about this dishwasher is its QUIET operation! I also like the fact that the upper rack can move up and down to accommodate different sizes up and down. Everything else is fine, but I have these suggestions for improvement:
1. The operation buttons are hard to read, easy to lean against and turn on in error.
2. I prefer a lighter color rack, at least for the silverware section, for ease in identifying the items in each section.

Disappointed in design of dish racks - too short for wine glasses - doesn't seem very sturdy. Not deep enough for my tall glasses, etc.

I love how quiet this dishwasher is. That is the one good feature. I sometimes have to put dishes through a second time. Especially with greasy or dried dishes. Dishes aren't always dry. The tines bend too easily. The stainless steel is good in that fingerprints aren't as bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
