My dishes are always spotless, and I love the features, especially the 'Pot Scrubber' and fold-down racks. I always use the clips in the top rack for light items, such as plastic lids. The unit is very quiet.
Pros: Innovative, Performance, Design
Cons: i liked the architect handle

It would be a good idea to test drive a dishwasher like one would a car. This washer cleans well if using Finish powerball. i don't use the rinse agent because the glasses have residual soap - fill the glass with water and there are suds! My dinner plates all fall forward no matter how they are placed in the spokes - I'm concerned they may break or chip. The utensil dividers are a great idea, but don't stay in place, especially when filled. Other than those frustrations, it's nice to have a dishwasher - I'm not thrilled - it does the job.
Pros: Looks nice in the kitchen
Cons: filling is a frustration, doesn't rinse the best

In addition to an outside control design which I prefer, this offers an easier load than a comparable model I have elsewhere by GE. The salesman said it was one of the best interms of washing and thus far I agree.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Performance, Design
Cons: normal cycles stay wet until helped

not as quiet as I thought it would be, dishes dont dry very well, and especially dislike the touch controls. you cannot touch dishwasher with your body or it will turn on. You must always use the control lock button.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
