Love the Pro-Scrub and the adjustable top rack. In the past, a salesman had discouraged wanting the adjustable rack. In the Kitchen Aid it is so very simple to use that I highly recommend it. Not highly important, but I might recommend a change in design to make it possible to move the silverware basket to front for easy access (not having to pull out lower rack to put in just a couple of pieces).
Pros: Design, easy to use, Innovative, Performance, Convenient Features

Within months of owning this dishwasher, the seal broke. That was the one and only repair the manufacturer covered. Since then, we have had continual problems. Pieces are constantly breaking. We have had to pay out of pocket for at least 5 new parts. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

My review of our new dishwasher

Very Quiet washer! Have to rely on the lights to know it is running. Only issue I have with it is our water is so hard I typically add vinegar to keep the white scale off the dishes and I have no idea what cycle it is in. My old Maytag had a spin knob that would indicate when the rinse cycle was starting & I knew that was time to add the vinegar!

This dishwasher, at least on my panel, is a little hard to operate with the "touch" system. It sometimes takes several times to get all the features to light up so it can start. Once cleaning however, it is really quiet (I like that). I now live to load this dishwasher and start it because you can barely hear it. Metal and glass dishes dry really well with the "heat" setting, however, plastics will still retain some water on them for some reason. I don't know if other dishwashers have this problem but I'm so pleased not to have to wash the dishes myself, I don't really care. There is a lot of room for dishes, especially with the silverware tray being only on the one side. I especially like the adjusting top rack. It allows you to make room for taller items on the bottom. All in all I really like this dishwasher and would recommend it.
Pros: quiet!, Performance, easy to use, Convenient Features
Cons: touch panel hard to work

I like it really well except for the fact that if you happen to lean against the front panel and touch one of the buttons it starts to drain and blink. It's a real pain because you always doing that when working at the counter by dishwasher.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Performance
Cons: turning on the buttons when at counter
