I love the adjustable top racks. My old unit had to have a rinse aid in all the time or a light was on, this is not the case. Dishes have been very clean.
Overall very happy.
Pros: Design, easy to use, Performance

Good but not great

The shelf spacing is not friendly for the cookware and dishes I have. The controls take a lot of steps to start the machine. Dispensing liquid detergent is not as convenient as the GE auto dispense. The recommended tablet detergent is too abrasive and scratched the surface of several items. It was not available in White at the place we purchased the item

Had a top mounter different brand and disliked the fact that we couldn't see controls. had a defective key pad brand new! So we ended up with this KitchenAid model and so far so good!

I just got my dishwasher. Have used it twice. Both times it leaked, lift suds in the bottom and the 2 nd time it did not drain all the water. Also, it seems where you put the Jet Dry, it is leaking out after washing is complete. HELP. It did gt my dishes very clean.

After considering several other brands of dishwashers, I chose The KitchenAid 4 Cycle, 6 Option Potscrubber with the pocket handle. The handle was a major consideration as the dishwasher is located in a corner, and the drawer of the base cabinet at a 90 degrees angle from it would hit any other models' towel bar handle. However, I chose this model because it dries everything, even the plastic items, something my old Maytag never did. It cleans well, and having the option of lowering the upper basket comes in handy when I'm baking (lots of big bowls). The only thing I'm not crazy about is the configuration of the bottom racks, my plates tend to fall over and my bowls don't fit well, but I could not find another model where the design was better. I removed the silverware rack's dividers, but love that it holds so much. It runs unbelievably quiet! I LOVE that. Overall, I'm very happy with this dishwasher.
Pros: Convenient Features, easy to use, Performance

This was a replacement for a 20 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher. It is very quiet. We hope it last for 10 years.

Over all we are very happy with this purchase. It stacks dishes well, is easy to adjust the top rack and is quiet. The only criticize is that it is very easy to accidentally &/or inadvertent to touch one of the control buttons when working at the kitchen counter which results in the machine to try to start a wash cycle.

This product is not recomended

The location of the buttons is poorly located. Any time anyone has to lean into the counter or cupboards the buttons are triggered either stopping a current cycle or starting an unnecessary cycle. If you are lucky enough to notice you can restart or stop it but thats not often with a large busy kitchen. Also the little kids at eye level like to push all the lights which also messes up the cycle. Overall cleaning quality of this machine is not fabulous. many times dishes are still dirty and have to be rewashed.
Cons: Design, performence
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
