I've used my immersion blender several times now to make salsas and soups, it worked great every time. Quickly chops and blends vegetables into smooth, creamy sauces. It is also very easy to clean up as everything except the motor goes into the dishwasher. Assembly and disassembly is very easy, accomplished by the touch of a button
