I received this as a gift, but find it hard to use! You have to hold the lock/unlock button while pushing the high low button!! Hard on hand and balancing /holding cup! Wish it was more user friendly.

I love this smart stick EXCEPT FOR THE TWO BUTTON START BUTTONS!
I had another one for approx 15 yrs and I loved it but when I got this new one, found it is VERY difficult to use because you have to constantly keep two fingers on the start buttons. OVERKILL on that safety feature as far as I’m concerned. I gave my old one away when I got the new one so I can’t throw this one out. I will continue to try to use it but has taken a lot of fun and convenience out of food preparation.

This blender is of good quality and has great accessories with it. The only odd thing, is the way you have to hold the speed button down. I don't know if it's the position of the button or the way I'm holding the blender, but it feels awkward. Good motor though and I'll love having the whisk attachment.
