Got this as Christmas present I requested. I am very happy with the quality , using for smoothies and works great. The one flaw is that you have to press button on top in order for it to function,once I release button it stops working. Overall happy with purchase

This was a Christmas gift from my son and beautiful daughter In law! I keep it plugged in and ready to go, because I use it for everything! Chopping, pureeing soup, mashing potatoes, blending drinks it is my main kitchen tool. To make it even better, clean up is SO easy! Love my smart stick!

This does a good job of blending "soft" product. I wasn't as satisfied when I used it to blend a smoothie that had frozen fruit. My old Kitchen Aide did a better job of that. I don't love the fact that I have to press a button on the top of the stick as well as another on the side as my hands are small and I have arthritis (I'm sure this is a safety feature). It seems sturdy. I've used the chopper and was very happy with those results.

This is the first hand blender that I've ever purchased.
I have used it for smoothing soups, chopping veggies and blending foods.
While it effectively does the job, it is quite awkward to operate. I must use one hand to hold a hi or low button while the other hand presses the safety feature on top of the unit.
