I am very well pleased with my printer, The installation was a breeze. And I am not a techie. The quality of printing goes above what I was expecting. Thanks Epson money well spent!!

Great Printer

So far this little printer is a winner for me.I was looking for a printer that had cd/dvd direct printing .That was the main reason I bought it.There was a small learning curve getting that feature to work.But after a few tries I found it to print very nicely.Then I went on and printed out some borderless photo's and found the quality to be excellent .Full rich vivid colors.There are a few design flaws but overall for the price you can't beat it.I would recommend this printer.

I have used Epson printers for years. I would have no other brand. This is the first time for a wireless printer for me and wow, I love it. With the cd that comes with the printer, setting it up was a breeze. Thank you Epson and keep up the good work.

I've just started using this but it has taken no time for me to fall in love with it! The picture quality is awesome and it's so easy to use. The mobile app to print from your phone is one of THE BEST THINGS EVER!!

The set up was easy was able to connect my laptop and iphone right away. Prints slow but its for home use not business. Would strongly recommend this printer for home use.

PRINTER PRE-REGISTERED TO Different party??

I purchased this printer & spent countless hours trying to get it to print 1 simple sheet. I discovered that the printer was "ALREADY REGISTERED TO ANOTHER PERSON/entity back in 2011. This is why even after I installed your app on my Android device, I was able to print out 2 sheets & then the app stopped recognizing my ssid. The printer seemed to have never been open prior to my purchase. When I registered the printer via this manner, then tried to connect w/support via "MY EMAIL" it says "WRONG EMAIL", now I don,t know if my i.d. has been compromised, I had to insert my ROUTER PASSWORD in an attempt to set up the printer, the print out PASSED everything, yet it claims that there exists a "ROUTER ACCESS POINT CONFLICT", why is this???I installed GOOGLE CLOUD SERVICES, as well as the "EPSON CONNECT" feature on the printer to try to print something out but SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT as it seems that the printer came "PRE-LOADED" with a "FED-EX" delivery option, and the only thing I am able to do is either "SAVE A FILE/FOLDER" to a pdf, or send the documents I want to print to a FED-EX office?? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? NOW I cannot return the printer because I used most of the ink trying to set it up, & GOD only knows now who has access to my computer and personal info. I see where it says 'YOU ARE ONLINE NOW & READY to print, but how can I tell who else has access to my printer? Also, how do I log out?? I re registered the printer just prior to the email, so I will close everything down & attempt to access my account with the same email address I did, I pray that some nefarious person has not stolen my personal info. I will also be contacting FED-EX & notifying them of the aforementioned, though I don,t know how much good it will do without any account info. So, what is your recommendation here?? My wife & I are both disabled & on an EXTREME BUDGET, thus rendering us possibly homeless if someone was able to steal our info for criminal gain. Not only that, how can you show that the printer was registered years ago, but it only gives the date of registration, and where it says TO WHOM, it shows "UNKNOWN", is there some way for you to track the registration to whomever it appears to have registered the printer in 2011?? That info just might help not only me, but if my i.d. gets stolen, the only party I released my router i.p. address to would be the PRINTER in order for it to be able to use the WI-FI option.. The sooner you respond here, the better off we may be, I can only pray it is not to late! In the meantime, I will attempt to contact your customer support & see what they recommend. Not even 90 days of use

I hope this is an isolated incident. My printer and stopped working and it has not been a good 90 days. Every time you turn it on the ink carriage makes a noise. It tells you to turn it off and turn back on, so you think that will work but it doesn't. I have a lot of experience with printers and computers and seems like a life-time of Epson's. I've even ran one out of it's mechanical limits, so I do know what I'm talking about. I have not experienced this before with this Epson. I checked for everything including loose paper in machine. Glad warranty is still on. I'm calling Monday morning!
