Has succeeded in the purpose I purchased it for

Bought this as it was one of the only printers that would print DVD's.
My old Epsom that was given to me died and just stoped printing DVD's but will still work for photos.
Out put was of good quality. Because I had the images set up from the previous printer it was easy to line up.
It prints them quite fast. Did not faulter when I had a lot to do at once.
Inks are reasonably priced and has so far been economical.
Cheap to buy and has done the job. Have not as yet checked photo print quality.

I have always found that epson provide good, value for money printers. They are easy to set up and it is easy to learn the features on the printer. My photos and documents always print with a good quality

We love this product.
We use it on our yacht and the wi-fi makes connections to all our devices simple without having wires everywhere.
We can even print from our iPhones and iPads.
Scanning is simple too, to all our devices.
The extra capacity ink cartridges are a bonus.
Only drawback is the underside tray is exposed and fragile when lifting.

Excellent Multi function/Photo printer

This is my first experience with EPSON and I am a greatly satisfied customer. This printer ticked all the boxes for me. In particular output quality for photos, colour and black and white, multifunction abilities and wfi connectivity, 2nd separate paper draw for documents. The price point was the best for what you get. Set up was user friendly for Macintosh hardware. Photo quality using EPSON photo paper was better than my experience with lab/shop prints. I'm glad I made the decision to purchase EPSON and look forward to future purchases for my business needs.

It has been a source of constant exasperation. It will just suddenly decide it won't connect with the WiFi and even a complete re install doesn't fix the problem. WiFi is fine, antivirus does not have a conflict and could not find a number to call or online service. Its most probably hidden somewhere on the website but if so its not easy to find. Very frustrating.
Printing of CD's was excellent although the software could be a little easier to navigate around. When its working its a great machine but hard to get working again.
