The Epson xp-610 does the job required of a home office printer with quality reproduction and without taking up the room of a larger printer. The east to connect wireless software and firmware just adds to the ease and quality of this product. The only (little) disappointment is the receiving tray for copied material does not automatically open when the machine is instructed to copy. This requires manual opening. However, for ease of operation and initial set-up, and quality of reproductions the XP-610 is excellent value.

Excellent printing of reports and general documents with great clarity of fonts and numbers with the ability to change the print set up quicky and easily owing to the logical instructions and suggestions. Photograph printing is now a breeze with real professional results again owing to the simple logical instructions. Photograph colours and contrast are just superb. Dissapointing to report is this printer has no means to scale up or scale down copies which is a facility I just assumed would be included in this middle of the road product.

Happy with printer except for paper trays

I have recently bought the Premium XP610. It's sleek, good looking and relatively small which fits the bill for my home office. Happy too with it's speed and print quality.
The only disappointing feature so far is the set of paper trays. They are hard to get at, difficult to open, not easy to load into, shallow (do not take much paper), and feel flimsy (I keep wondering how easy they might be to break).
But the worst fault for me is the fact that when closing the trays, it's easy to push the trays in too far which brings up an error message saying that there's no paper loaded. It took me a while to figure out that the best way to load the trays is to close them using the flip down cover - effectively closing the cover. Then you have to open the cover to manually remove the receiving tray. Luckily I have small fingers.
It may add a few extra dollars to the purchase price, but I'd be happy to pay if it meant fixing these issues as otherwise I'm very happy.

I purchased the XP-610 for the capability of double sided printing which it does well and quickly, my old printer is RX510 is to slow and does not do double sided printing. The XP-610 is just what I needed to print documents and to save paper. The XP-610 is an excellent printer.

I had an Epson printer before this one and was happy with it. This new one is even better! It has a USB port and SD slots for photo printing!

So far so good. Was tempted to go for laser printer from information received in advertising, but the better photo print capability of the Epson inkjet printer took sway. Price was competitive and dealing locally was a factor. Set up was easy and features appear relevant at this stage. Will let you know how it progresses!

I have changed brands to Epsom and it took a little while to get used to the new product. After several tries I have found it to be producing a better and more clearer print. In addition the Scanner is an absolute god sent. I'm still experimenting with all the other possibillities the printer can do.

quality outstanding relative to previous generation printer, compact and full of advanced features, Colour copies are sharp and bright, and speed of colour printing is excellant. i particularly like the fact that its compact shape means that it does not take up too much space on my computer desk.A great machine!
