Great Printer.... Except

Works really fast and really quiet. I would recommend this printer for a home printer. Students K-12 is better for. It's a little difficult to set up, but it's not too bad. Maybe an intermediate level of expertise is best. When you get to college you can't hook it up to the Wifi at college.... you end up using the wire. It's no longer the purpose I bought it for any more. I wish I could log this printer into the College's wifi but the wifi here is too advanced.

I just bought this product and I am returning it. To load paper you need to totally remove the paper cassette. If you don't have it just right it instructed me to load the paper. Not easy getting it right. But with MUCH effort it was working until I tried to print on 40 lb photo paper. It would not go through. When it tried it scrunched up the paper. Then I switched to normal paper and now it isn't working at all. So I needed to pack it back up and now the question is, "How do I get the ink cartridges out? This machine is making me crazy? I always buy Epson and never had this much problem!

I through this printer in the trash. It will not print after a couple days of no use. It even clogs upon Epson ink that came with it. I would like my money back. I actually had two of them and both made the trash can for the same reason.

Uncrating the printer was easy. Had an issues with hooking up with Wifi and had Geek Squad help me.

OK so I've only had this printer for about three hours. So far I like it. The one drawback after only three hours it's hard to pick a feature and say, "Yeah, THAT's what I like best!"
