LOUSY PRINTER

I am now on my third XP-610 in less than 6 months. This is the biggest pile of junk I have ever purchased. The first one had clogged heads that couldn't be cleared. Epson sent me a new one. Right from the beginning, this printer didn't know which cassette to pull the paper from. It only wanted to print on 4 x 6 and that couldn't be changed. The third and LAST one doesn't print properly after changing the ink. This printer has nice features but very poor software and implementation. Also, the "XL" cartridges don't seem to have any more ink in them than the regular cartridges. This printer really goes through ink. Much faster than any other printer I have had. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Oversensitive cartridge tray disables printer

After reading other reviews, I had realistic expectations that this printer was a smart purchase. I was wrong. After getting past the awkward tray set up, and poor design for functionality, the printer became disabled after 1 month use. The warning: install the ink cartridges correctly/ The printer may be damaged. Well it is indeed damaged, with no recourse.

I was given an Epson All-in-One printer 4 years ago by a family member and needless to say it quit. I contacted Epson directly and spoke to a representative; she assured me that fixing the old printer would cost more than just buying a new one. She gave me a code to purchase the XP-610 at a loyalty customer rate. This printer definitely outperforms the price tag. It is smaller than the previous one but not too small; the screen is more clear; the print quality is great; and I love the fact that you can iprint! The printer is well worth it and Epson customer service was superior!

Very Impressive

People that have a hard time setting this printer up, cannot be following the simple instructions. Takes some time and patience, but seems to be well worth it. Extremely good quality of print and speed is more than acceptable for home personal use.

Better Than Expected For The Price

This is the first time I purchased a printer for home use and I have not been disappointed. This little all-in-one spits out some high quality prints. But as a result, it does fly through the ink rather quickly (that there should not be a shock to anyone but some reviewers down grade for this reason). I have not experimented with color quality settings since I typically print in black and white to save color ink anyways. Set up for wireless connection was as simple as it gets considering I am close to being technologically challenged. If you can find this printer on sale like I did, give it a try; it's worth every penny.

This has been printing random numbers wasting my paper EVERYTIME I try to print something out im done with it Ive had it for 3 months and I want my money back this is a terrible product not worth it

Printer prints on CD & DVD's But puts a BLACK STEAK one or both sides of disk, mainly bought printer for CD & DVD's, and have just considered throwing it un the Garbage, have even tried using it to print documents and just about every time, it jams and when it dose work it shoots out two to three extra sheets of paper. So I don't use it except to scan.
