I have tried and Tried and tried and tried and tried and tried and treid to get the printer to scan a Document to the computher to no avail. I will not event scan te document. It goes through the motions but that is as far as I can get.

I am disappointed. Sometimes the printer grabs more than on sheet of paper to print a page. Could it be that I don’t have the paper seated properly?

This is a great printer. It's fast, clear prints and copies, color is true. For me it's perfect!

I am now on my second xp. The first one died after two months. The new one will not connect wireless.

This is a low cost printer but is well built and very functional. I most like the capability to print directly onto printable cd/dvd media. very few printers have this capability. Great product Great Price.

Installation was not easy! I spent at least two hours trying to get the printer set up. I am considering returning it.
