I have used many brands of printers, and this is the worst one ever. It's nearly impossible to do simple things like change the cartridges. It jams all the time, and you can't get into the right compartment to change paper trays. It's the most UNINTUITIVE PRINTER I've ever seen.,

Love the small footprint. The different paper trays were a little confusing at first, but now they work fine, and as I get more familiar with the printer, everything gets easier. Did a good job of scanning, but I haven't figured out how to scan and immediately print without going back through the computer. It tends to grumble when thinking or when going to sleep, but most printers do that. only have had it for a few days, but I have no real complaints so far.

I found this printer very easy to install with my average skills. The first photos I printed on some old photo paper were very poor but after buying some new Epson photo paper they were very good. I like how easy it is to use the scan and copy features.

I was very frustrated as I could not find the e mail address for my newly installed Printer. And there seems to be no help. I will change my recommendation once I am able to get the information that I need.

Epson xp- 610 printer

This replaces my Epson Artisan 800 printer - only because it stopped printing because it reached it's maximum # of prints. I plan on repairing it by replacing the ink pads myself & putting it back in service. The 800 is a much better machine. The xp-600 is also a good machine, but a nuisance to use. It performs o.k., but there seems to be a number of nuances that gets me frustrated. Recommend this machine (xp-600) only on basis of low cost to buy.

I bought this printer specificially so that I could print from my phone or tablet. I've been trying to figure it out for three hours and I still have not been able to.

I've been using this printer for about a month. Compared to the printer it replaced, it's very fast. The colors are accurate and the black and white is crisp and clean. My only negative comment is that the printer is very noisy. That's mot a real problem for me but the noise might bother some people. I have not used the copy or scan functions yet.
