A great printer that does CDs. The only problem is now it works only with a USB cable and not by WiFi. But....the scanner wirelessly perfectly!!!! Help.

It prints nicely when it works. Unfortunately, after it goes into sleep mode, it loses the wifi connection with all the devices. The printer needs to be turned off and back on to restablish the connection. There is no way to turn off sleep mode. What a huge disappointment!!

I can always count on this thing being out of ink, giving me paper jam or some error. I am usually an environmentally concious person and would try to donate it or repair it, but instead I am going to destroy this thing out in the yard like the scene out of Office Space while blastin Geto Boys to spare anyone else the heartache of dealing with this piece of junk.

This Epson printer "all in one" is just fantastic! I purchased it a few days ago to replace an Epson Artisan 800 unit that quit functioning properly because it was old and hadn't been used for the last two years. I especially purchased this new printer because of its WI-FI Properties! It has exceeded all my expectations. Printed great photos and docs from my iPhone beautifully, even from place far away from home using my cellular network. I recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks Epson!

Drinks ink like crazy

Bought XP-610 in Dec 2013. Wasted initial ink just trying to good test print. So far I have spent almost the purchase price of the printer on ink. I copy crosswords 6 days a week. Do not print many pages per month. I just put in a new Black and now message that it does not recognize the magenta.

This was one of the worst printers I have ever purchased!!!!! It was returned two days after I purchased it!!!!!! PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM ALL CORRESPONDENCE SAP!!!!

too long to install, poorer than Artisans

I was disappointed by the service I received with this replacement of the Artisan 725 that gave me good service. This XP610 printer is a far cry from any Artisan printer.I thought that the CD/DVD printer would have been automatic. I did not know it was manual.What a hogwash!. Give me a break! Are you kidding me? Ya betta believe it ! Fuh get about it if you consider purchasing dis one.
