Great little printer.

The XP-610 was a gift from my wife to replace on older printer of another make and model. We love to take pictures and print them directly so that we can see almost immediately what we have experienced. We also do periodic newsletters to our friends, usually with pictures.
The XP-610 is a great little picture printer.
It only has one drawback, the older printer I replaced had a separate cubby for envelopes, which I do print a lot of. In order to do this with the XP-610 I have to remove the paper tray and replace the paper with the envelopes. This is inconvenient and time-consuming.
Other than that, owning and using the XP-610 is a positive experience.

Prints well, finicky to reload paper

Printer was easy to set up and prints both paper and photos very well. Seems to have some problems with communication with Apple computers. Biggest drawback is rather finicky paper/photo paper refilling as trays are close together and hard to pull out to refill. Ink usage seems OK. Fits well on standard bookcase shelf.

Great Printer

This printer is excellent. Fast. Supreme print quality. My only issue is that my current Epson is a replacement for the same model printer that failed just after a year of ownership. Not a deal-breaker as I bought a new one as they are essentially throw-away. Ink is the largest component of printer price. This being said, the printer (to me) should last a bit longer than it did. However, the Epson XP-610 is an extremely versatile and excellent printer. Set-up is a snap. AND ink cartridges are reasonably priced compared to other manufacturers. I recommend this printer.

Print CD & DVD lables

I purchased this printer to be able to print on CD's and/or DVDs. After a bit of a learning process I am finally able to do so and it is fast and easy. Still a question as to why when copying one disc after another the machine reminds one to remove the paper tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!

your window showing Menu, etc is very confusing. There are too many choices and I don't know what to choose.
It's also too sensitive.
I have recently had problems printing pictures on 4x6 photo paper. It stops and says paper jam.

I love this printer, prints great photos! Love that I can print cd labels right on the disk. best printer I have had. The only thing I don't like is how expensive the ink it.

Great Printer for Home Use

I bought this printer to use at home. I have a very small space in which to fit it. This printer performs like a work horse and all you sacrifice is a feeder. The scanning software is very intuitive and the set up without any glitches. I'm very happy with this printer and it met all my expectations.

up and running in 10 minutes with ub2 interface
very fast printing - black & white and color. I can purchase black ink separately 1n regular or large cartridges. Picture quality printing equal to my old Epson M300 printer. the scanner is fast and simple to use with outstanding speed and
