dramatic downturn

initially some connection issues, it required some restarting before i could connect with my computer even though the internet connection was excellent and the computer was right next to the printer and both showed full bars of service. the real problem came a few months in when the middle of printing a 10 page document it made a loud screeching mechanical noise and prompted me to shut it off and only did that from then on. I'm now working on the warranty claim...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice printer, small size although it did take a while to get my second PC laptop to connect. Software does not come with OCR software and it seems some OCR software is not compatible (OmniPage Pro 14 Very disappointing). You can however save the file in pdf form and then load the file into OmniPage Pro 14 and have it read the file. Why the driver will not scan is unknown to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer was so easy to install on my computer. Connecting the wireless was easy to. They give easy to understand instructions on how to do the installation. So far, I am very happy with this printer. I know if I would need help with something I can contact Epson support service and I would be helped!

Having a problem and can't find solution.

I need some customer service.
I printed a picture from my "in box" and it came out mostly orange. I am trying to print an 8x10 Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Glossy for two 5x7 photos.
I have printed 4x6 photos from my iphone with no problems. The photos are beautiful.
I think I made all the settings right.
I recently replaced all of the ink cartridges and ran a test strip which was as described in the book.

Great Little Machine

I am truly impressed with the photo quality. Took me a bit to find the print settings but with no manual (as with everything these days) it wasn't too bad. Only had it for a a few days but love the 2 sided printing, the photo quality and the speed of regular printing. Hope ink use is good. Great machine for the price!!!

Expression premium X 600 if I can ever get it to..

I bought this because the salesman at office max said I could not use my cannon to print from my tablets or phone. I have had it over 3 months and still not totally set up. It connected to my Internet just fine but have had to register twice, trying to get an email for printer was a mess , instructions are not real clear there. If I ever get it set up and working I may change my rating.I have never had so many problems hooking up a printer before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
