Overall a fantastic all-in-one printer. Very vivid colors on the pictures I printed out. Fairly easy to set up (Wi-Fi) For some reason the scan program did not install. After finally figuring out what actually was wrong, I simply reinstalled the scan program off the disk. Now if I can only get the touch screen to work.

This printer seems to be fine, little problem with Epson is the plastic wheels, I had to replace my Epson Artisan 725 which was great for photos because something is jammed? Tray says so, the new one I am having a problem as putting paper in the proper locations, I will figure it out some how, but I still love Epson printers

So far everything is fine with the operation of the printer. Easy to set up. Works great on wireless. Have printed photo on regular paper but not on Photo paper. Photo was better then my last printer. Text printing looks very nice. This printer is small and compact. Looks good. Have not used many features yet. So far so good.

XP-610

I purchased a competetor's product within the last year (a more expensive unit) and could never get it to work reliably. Every time I tried to use it, it would go through an incredibly long reset cycle, lasting longer than the floor office printers at work. That's when it actually worked, most times I had to struggle to get reconnected to it as it would seem to hang up on a very regular basis. I was not excited to purchase a second printer within a year, but could not put up with what I had any longer. The XP-610 installed first try, and has yet to "drop out". I've primarily used its scanning and print features, and am very pleased. It is also physically a lot smaller than the unit I had and a fits much better in my workspace. The first home printer I ever had was an Epson dot matrix unit - it lasted forever and worked fine when I replaced it for a newer ink jet unit many years ago now. Should have stayed with Epson all along!

I have been struggling with a different company's printer since last October (it won't print black). After going through all the suggested fixes, it still won't print black. So, I switched back to an Epson. This is my 2nd wifi (the other is at my other home). The basic printer set up is simple and fast. Wifi set up was a breeze. The Epson Iprint App worked without any problem. Print quality is extremely good. I would highly recommend this printer.

The first Epson XP-610 had cracked plastic so I had to return it. It was not easy to set up because it was difficult to find a USB cord in the house. I borrowed one from my office printer. The output paper tray is cheap and difficult to find. For network printing, it should always be open so you can print from a distance; not have to open it and then go back to your computer and print. So far, I am not impressed. Hopefully, it prints well.
