Eaxactly 4 months ago we bought a well known brand name printer all in one. I was so happy or so I thought. the next 4 months were pure misery of break downs one time it prints next time it doesn't print, talk to India, get my very smart nephew here, and even pay a computer techy tohelp out. All were successfull but....none of it lasted very long. It was all so very complicated!!!! Needless to say we took it back to the store and in so many (sweet) word asked them to take it back and let me pick out another printer. Brought home our Epson XP 610 and as slick as a whistle we are up and running like nobody's business. We are ready for the week now. Now I'm really happy. Thank You. Betty

Just the right size

I had previously purchased a different all-in-one printer (different brand) and it was way too big. Returned it. This Epson XP-610 fits so much better in the tight space I call my office (converted closet). It was easy to set up and prints great. I would say that the print is quite light when printing in "draft mode", my only complaint. I like that it has a paper tray instead of one that feeds from the top. I'm in a wheelchair, and it is much easier to load the tray (right in front) instead of reaching up to try to load paper from the top. When done printing, it is easy to fold up the front so it is dust tight, important in my area. I like it.

This is a great Printer, easy to set up, Quality and I found so useful the option to Print DVDs . the scanner is very good and ink cartridges last enough,

THE EPSON 610 is an excellent printer. I use it in my business to print full color sleeves for video cases and to print DVDs and Blue Ray Disc. Photo quality printing is great for my business. My customers expect professional quality and with the 610 I can provide it. This is my 4th Epson - the first three provided 22 yrs. of service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this printer several weeks and have been very satisfied with the print quality. Love the "air print" and that I can print from both my laptop and my iPhone. Love the ease of scanning documents. Like the back-to-back printing - not only saves paper but eliminates the need to staple 2 pages together.
It was easy to set up once the software downloaded from the internet - and that was my only problem - it took several hours to download. But once it did, set up was a breeze.
