Ease of setup

The Epson XP-610 all in one step by step installation was quick & easy to follow. Print & scan quality is as always the reason I have used the Epson product. This printer also has some other features such as CD/DVD printing that I have not had before

Great Features

This Printer really allows you to utilise the features well. The CD printing feature is fast and produces a hi quality product. I am very happy with how easy the set up of the printer was to put on my home network and how straight forward it is to print. It is nice to print with ease and to get exactly what I ask of my product.

CD DVD Printing

I purchased this printer because my previous printer died. The setup was easy and the print quality excellent. Being able to print directly from mobile devices is also a great selling point. Good value for money.

A total change in printer attitudes

Having owned several, other company, printers and I was very loyal to the brand I came to purchase the Epson XP-610 printer because it fulfilled my expectations of the printer I requires.
Having my previous printer "blow up" on me the XP-610 cover all the feature that I had in my previous printer, plus it was more compact and quieter when printing than my previous printer.
The additional bonus is that the inks are cheaper than the previous ink cartridges.
The extra features such as built in scanner and USB port are welcome features

A quiet operator!

This printer is quiet, efficient and smooth in operation. It was simple to install and easy to use wirelessly both with my desktop computer and my phone. My photos printed to a high standard in a short time. I have only just bought the printer but look forward to exploring all its features.

This is replacement for my Stylus R210 which is not compatible with my Windows 8.1 computer. Primarilly I use my colour printer mainly for Colour print labeling my personal cd.dvd's of my holidays and photos of my grandchildren. So it was not of any advantage to me to buy the XP620 or above. I did not need a MFP as I have scanner, fax machine and separate laser printers and copiers but for the great value of the XP 610 the additional components are no burden to have even though the addition of the scanner is very usefull for most people but for me unnecessary because now it clashes with my Epson V330 photo, scanner. Windows 8.1 computer wont recognise two scanners of the same brand as it has only one driver.
XP 610 seems to work well except that it needed several visits to support for minor queries which are not obvious or explained well in the PDF manual and required downloads and updates to work even form day 1.
For a budget printer it is excellent value and my first colour prints and cd prints were excellent.
I think I will get used to the non motorised cd tray and the modest capacity of the paper tray.
I am a long time user of Epson Printers from my first unbreakable EPL5500 laser to my later Epson products. I am reasonably confident that they will perform admirable as usual.
I do however find that the Epson inks are a little on the pricey side.

An easy to install and understand printer. Excellent quality printing for test page. The printer has a low footprint which is important for me.
