Baked and convection I LOVE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven baked and browned so very well, when trying convection, moist yet cooked to our likes. Would highly recommend to any one considering another oven. Our old Profile oven of 20 years just needed to be replaced(gas) and was only a 24" so I am loving the 27" electric with regular bake and convection..can't wait to try baking goods, but I love healthy cooked food from the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great 27" oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has plenty of space for a 27 inch. The temperture settings are true and the eveness of cooking is great. It has very sleek sylying and looks great in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only real negative about this oven is the difficulty in seeing the controls. If they were back lit it would really help. They are also very sensitive, a little brush will turn them on.
A great oven overall and I would purchase again.

Burning my face off

This oven was furnished with our new home purchased 7/2013. Whenever I open the oven door when it is on, a blast of superheated air escapes and singes my eyebrows if I'm not careful. Oven needs a warning label of some sort to prevent this. If it is due to incorrect installation, then every house in this neighborhood is wrong and GE might think about investigating as this is giving their products a bad name....at least in my house.. Oven is mounted in wall under Profile microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
