Better Then Waiting for IPhone

I have had this phone for a few weeks and love it. Great features and easy to use. I am still playing with the Apps and finding what I really want. Can be used as a 3G hot spot for additional charge. Wanted to wait for the IPhone to come to Verizonwireless, but am glad I got the Fascinate.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

SAMSUNG NEEDS TO MAKE UPDATE AND SYNC EASIER. CANNOT CONNECT TO COMPUTER OR KIES AND GPS TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT PHONE.
Cons: too many problems updating and connecting to kies

This is a great phone but it has a few flaws. It doesn't come with stock Android. There is no notification LED. The power button is on the right side of the phone and the volume buttons are on the left side. When you try to hit the power button it is difficult to not hit the volume buttons at the same time. The power button is also flush with the phone, so it can be difficult to find under certain conditions. Samsung said it would be updated to Android 2.2 in 2010. Today is 12-24-2010 and it still hasn't been updated yet.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: not stock android, lags, no notification led, power button is not on the top, hasn't updated to 2.2

its a great phone. its very fast looks great, camera is amazing. what annoys me the most however is that the gps usually doesn't work, it can sometimes be laggy, the power button is positioned such that you hit the volume button whenever you hit power, and that its still on 2.1. another thing that i found to be completely unacceptable was that the battery is not as it was advertised. i come home from school and its at 15 percent; all i did was play doodle jumo for 5 minutes, sent 5 texts, and watched a 3 minute video. either the battery is defective, or this is a case of false advertisement.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, short battery life, poor button positioning

there is NO tutorial to walk you through this phone without having to learn to swipe everything. there are too many unnecessary features and the ease of use is laughable.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, not easy to use, locks while on a call
