Great overall phone

This is a great overall phone with a fantastic display. The camera quality is brilliant, and it is super fast. But the phone sometimes freezes and the touchscreen will stop working so i will have to restart it. But overall i would recommend this phone to anyone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to use
Cons: freezes, restarts, short battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far this has been a good phone with a great display. I upgraded from a smaller Droid phone and so far could not be happier. Display is great, processing speed is good, and most importantly it hasn't wigged out and automatically rebooted or locked up.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

All is good, except...

All is good, except for the carrier I have has removed some of the superior capabilities of the operating system, and replaced them with some baked-in, sub-standard, third-party replacements! Unfortunately, those who don't know the difference between them, may think this a problem with the phone. I think Samsung should set higher standards for their vendors!

Great phone, with few annoying featurs

Great phone, fast response, good sound, bright colors, light and very thin. Fast internet response, loaded with many applications, and you can download and add more.
There are few annoying design issues, the phone turn off after 30sec (user defined setup), to turn it on you must push a tiny button on the side, which is not convinent, and swipe the screen to start. For comparison on the Motorola Droid you can push any button to turn it on, inculding the ones on the front. I wish I could tuch the screen and acticate the phone, without push on any button, and save the trouble to swipe the screen. - can not disable those "features".
With WiFi on, and dim screen, the battery, hardley carry it a full day, without charge.

Better than iPhone by far!

I traded my iPhone for the Fascinate and haven't looked back. The Fascinate has a much better display and runs circles around the iPhone. I'll never go back!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: capacitave buttons under samsung labe dim too fast
