I previously had a HTC Touch Pro2 and this is so much more user friendly, awesome features and much lighter. So many more apps and overall a great phone so far. My sister talked me into it and I'm so glad. I work on-the-go so much and on the business side it's great! The Swype Key is phenomenal and easy to use. Definitely a great purchase.

I just got this phone and I am very pleased with it. It's great competition for the Iphone. It has a couple of tweaks, but it's new and Samsung is always on top of their products. So the fix for computer recognition should be soon.
It's easy to use, easy to see, fast and does it all.

Better than Blackerry Storm by far

Im so glad to not have a blackberry storm anymore. The new samsung is great compared. I however have a complaint regarding the calendar settings and the phone book. The Calendar will not allow me to default the calendar of my choice. The phone book options tell me it is displaying first name first however the device is messed up. Some names show first last and some names show first. Other than these I rate the phone very high. I have not had a phone of this performance and quaility for a long time.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight

I love my phone. Its amazing!! My husband has the same phone and he alsi lives his. Great features and works very well. Battery does die quite quickly though.

as expected the phone performs very fast and smooth running the apps on it, dual cameras sets it apart from others in similar category. on the down side the internal memory is only 512mb unlike the other galaxy s phones which goes up to 16gb plus external memory. the keyboard is very nice and the swipe is excellent even though it is a software and can be installed on most phones running android os so it is not exclusive to the epic. more apps and features exclusive to the epic would be nice.
