The best Android smartphone ever

I love my new phone and it's an Android. It's very addicting with those free apps and to play a game such as Angry Birds. This phone wasn't that expensive at all, but it's way better than the BlackBerry and the iPhone. The downside about this phone is the low battery issue and it's technical difficulties.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, lots of free apps and good games, better camera and videos to use
Cons: low battery, weird looking screen from the rain

This phone is horrible.

I had a Samsung Rogue prior to the Fascinate and HATED it. It was the worse phone I ever had. BUT I decided to give Samsung another try when I saw the Fascinate. It appealed to me because of its size and weight. On those two things alone it is great. The reviews seemed good. So I tried it and even read the manual it came with to make sure I knew what to do.
Since getting the phone back in October, I have had nothing but problems with it. IT doesn't hold a charge worth anything. Doesn't matter whether I am just using it to call and text or using it to look things up on the internet and download apps. By the evening my phone is dead. As a mom that is never a good thing. Downloading apps is a nightmare and if I do download one, the phone deletes it. I spend more time force closing things and dealing with a frozen screen, than anything else.
I am highly disappointed with this phone. It will be the last Samsung I ever use..
Pros: Lightweight, nize size
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Phone for a newbie

I love my phone to this point. I did drop it the 2nd day that I had it from only 2-3 ft and the lcd cracked on the inside. Thank goodness that I had insurance. I believe that a phone should not break from that little of a drop, that is why I gave it a 2 on the design. The phone is lightning fast, has great features. This is my first real smartphone and would recommend to a new user or an expierenced user.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, super fast
Cons: breaks easy

I love everything about this phone. I was going to get a Motorola Droid X, but there was a month-long wait. I'm glad the store rep showed me his Fascinate, because this phone is much closer to what I was looking for. It's light, has a brilliant screen, and has great battery life, so far. Only thing I would change is to have a physical camera button, but the stabilizer is good enough that touching the screen doesn't effect picture quality. I love Swype, though it took some getting used to. Overall, leaps and bounds beyond my expectations. Since all the Android phones for Verizon are basically equal, it comes down to personal preference, and this phone has the best of all worlds; it's thin, light, pretty, durable, fast, functional, and gets better every time I use it.

A little tricky to text with, but I love the phone

My husband and I just recently bought Fascinates. I had a phone with an analog keyboard, with which I texted alot. I'm having an adjustment period with the Fascinate, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. My first text took me 25 minutes because I kept hitting the wrong keys. Even the Swype feature I butchered. Other than that, the phone is awsome in every other way. Fast browsing, great audio quality, good camera, excellent video, blazing processor. I really like Android. So many features and apps! I love syncing my contacts and calendar to gmail. The only downside might be battery life, but hey...life is all about compromise (now, if they could just put a tiny nuclear reactor in there.....) The AMOLED screen is absolutely beautiful! Good Job Samsung!

this phone i would recommend to anyone it is super fast and the apps are amazing...i picked the phone over the droid x that Motorola has because of its design and how fast it is...so if you buy this phone you will not be upset with it at all
