[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for myself after purchasing 2 other ones for xmas presents for my kids. My husband uses it for mashing potatoes. I use it for baking and cooking. Kids say it makes the best chicken salad. Wondered if it would be worth it, but find it my "go to" kitchen appliance. Saves using several different mixing bowls. Easy clean up. Also purchased the rubber edge mixer attachment for easier mixing and not needing to stop and scrape the sides of the bowl.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finely decided to go for it and so glad I did. It's beautiful and works great. I bake a lot and it is perfect. Well worth the price!

The metal plate wasn't correctly aligned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to unscrew the plate the glass bowl locks into because the way it was attached, the handle was hitting the stand when I tried to lock it in. Once I unscrewed and adjusted it, it worked great. My sister was having the same problem and we fixed hers too. Someone needs to inform the assembly line that it really does matter that the plate is aligned a certain way because the bowl has to turn at least 90 degrees to lock in properly.
