Great mixer but didn't get promised rebate item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only negative I have is that KitchenAid promised a shredder when I buoght the mixer. I sent in my receipt and supplied form but never got the shredder. If you promote an offer you need to follow through and send the customer what you promise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past 40 years I have made Greek cookies and pastries. I have always only had an electric hand mixer. Picture using a hand mixer with ingredients that use 5 lbs of flour and 2 lbs of butter. Recently I decided to buy this Mixer -- after hearing for years how wonderful it is. After all I will be 70 next year -- time is running short and it was now or never. It is amazing! I can't wait to make all the cookies -- I mean batches of them ( each with 5 lbs of flour) to give away at the holidays. My first batch with the mixer was a breeze! Best purchase ever!

I've wanted a Kitchenaid mixer for years and got one for Christmas, it's February and I have used it almost daily. I've already bought additional accessories and given away a few small appliances that my mixer easily replaced. My mixer is everything I wanted and more!
