Perfect Addition

We re-did our kitchen this fall and the Mixer now has a perfect home. It is easy to use and performs with the efficiency of all KitchenAid products.

Read on if you want to use Dough Hook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My biggest complaint is the dough hook doesn't mix dry ingredients well in the glass bowl. So need to pause, unlock and MANUALLY mix in the dry ingredients to enable the hook to work. Increasing speed during the process makes the glass bowl rock and vibrate.
I recommend the product, but it NOT perfect!
