Good mixer but bowl cracked

Always heard about how good these mixers are. I have had 2 now. Mixer has been great but the glass bowl is very disappointing. Purchased 11/2019 and the bowl cracked in 2021 while making cookies locked into the bow as it should. So it broke under normal use. We liked the glass bowl but now i don't know if i will get another since this one cracked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful finish, works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace my 25-year-old KitchenAid Classic with this more powerful model and larger bowl. It works well kneading heavy doughs and has all the features and functions you need to make anything you can think of. It works with my old accessories (meat grinder, pasta maker, shredders, etc.). Plus, the blue color and finish is beautiful enough to leave on my counter, saving the hassle of having to take it out and put it away each use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 1960's Sunbeam of similar design and what a difference! It is nice that there are so many available attachments that we were not able to find for the older mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent materials. Easy to use and extremely intuitive. For sure is the best tool on the market. There is no comparison between kitchenaid and the direct competitor brand! It's very powerful! It can also mix small quantities of ingredients! It would have been better if the acessories were suitable for use in the dishwasher but this is a very small detail. I could not do without it anymore, it is a product that I love and that I highly recommend buying, it will save you a lot of effort but above all the doughs and all your dishes will always be perfect!
