I’ve had mine 2 years and it’s great. I love it and can use it for pretty much anything I need. I have not had to have it serviced.

Workhorse

I've had the mixer 2 years. It's a real workhorse in my kitchen. I use it for not just mixing but also the grinder, slicer and shredder attachments. However, even a workhorse needs a rest and making bread dough is a challenge as the mixer runs hot after about 5 minutes withe the dough hook.. I have to leave the machine off for 5-7 minutes so it will cool down. Oh well.

Great mixer!

I bought this mixer for my wife. She loves to bake.
She also has some of the different mixer blades/ paddles.
This is a real brute. It mixes everything very well.
We hope to add more attachments in the future.
Only minor issue is it is now making a weird noise when in use.
It has not caused a problem with its functioning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve purchased the 6 quart since and it’s not the same.
