[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given my son's severe nut allergies, it falls upon me to bake all the treats. The mixing has always been the worst part. Finally sprung for one of these on a yearly large online retailer's super sale day last month. What a life changer! Works wonderfully! Saves me so much time and work and blends all the ingredients for a much improved flavor and texture. I went from baking only box mix cupcakes (and only when absolutely necessary) to making a from-scratch vanilla caramel latte layer cake with 3 frostings and homemade caramel--just for fun! And it was amazing! This mixer gives me the confidence to do it all! And looks beautiful on the counter to boot! Next is pizza dough! Then need to save up for some pasta attachments.

Bought to replace my 30+ year old KitchenAid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a more powerful model to replace my still working, but showing a little age, KitchenAid stand mixer. I’m very happy with it, as I expected to be. Several batches of chocolate chip cookies, English muffins, cakes, cupcakes frosting, and with the shredder attachment for cole slaw and egg roll filling and it’s working exactly as expected. Couldn’t be happier (and I’m giving my old one to my oldest daughter). Although, I did keep the old whisk since the base is from machine stock where the one that came with the new mixer is cast aluminum which doesn’t look as nice and isn’t as strong.
