Works phenomenally

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for Christmas, and am very pleased with the job it does. One thing I wish was different is that I wish it came either the beater that had the plastic “scraper” on it because a lot of dough, in my case, gets stuck on the side of the bowl and there’s not much room to push it down with the spatula. Other that that I’m absolutely pleased with the product.

Gorgeous color, heavy duty

The glass bowl is really heavy and I'm used to the professional series that you move the bowl up and down instead of tilt the head, so that's taking some getting used to. The mixer does make an odd almost whine when it mixes but it's pretty quiet. I love being able to watch it mix through the glass bowl - no more guessing if you have flour buildup or ingredients not mixed in yet.

Makes life a little easier

Reputation Meets Reality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my KitchenAid stand mixer and two weeks later I am still excited. The tilt head stand mixer's reality lives up tp its reputation, and it is good...NO, it is GREAT! We had company last night and when they entered the kitchen, they immediately saw the Sea Class color and were Wowed. It stands out and it is beautiful, adding excitement to kitchen by just being there. I used it to make my first batch of bread, which we served for company dinner last night. I was a fan of the KitchenAid reputation, and now I am a fan of KitchenAid reality. Love it! The only down side so far is the included wire whip that has an aluminum hub, making it no-dishwasher safe. I found an all stainless wire whip KA model number KSM5THWWSS and have already replaced it. Now all is well. I will definitely recommend this mixer.

Convenient, well designed
