I love my mixer!! I've wanted one for years and my husband surprised me for Christmas. I use it a lot to grate my cheeses....LOVE LOVE LOVE the spiraling (though I wish there was a smaller attachment to work with carrots). Of course, I love to use it for mixing, too...looking forward to making homemade whipped cream
