Works well for most things so far. Gets a little bouncy with stiff dough. The shield for the whisk/hook/paddle blocks additions and causes more mess. It would be nice if the pouring shield or something similar came with it to reduce mess.

Whipped Egg Whites to Stiff Peaks Extremely Fast

So far, I have only used the mixer once but I used it for meringues. The mixer made the stiffest peaks I have ever made in a fraction of the time. Then when I folded in the chocolate, the meringues did not lose their air and the cookies were delicious.
