This was a aniversary gift from my husband. I had been wanting the stand mixer for a very long time. I love it, would not take anything for it. Just wished I could have purchased it 15 years ago. I now make homemade bread, pizza dough, lots of cookies for the grandchildren and all with ease. It's the best present as well as the best purchase I have ever received.

I bought this a few months ago. I purchased the metallic gold with the glass bowl. Best purchase ever!!!! Looks beautiful on my granite countertop and operates perfectly. The glass bowl is great. You can place it right in the microwave to melt butter etc. The only regret is that I didn't purchase it years ago.

Excellent choice for baking large cakes

I bought the Artisan because I have begun baking and decorating fancy cakes for family and friends as a hobby. The KitchenAid brand was the most highly recommended by most sources on the internet baking websites. The bowl is big enough for me to make a double or triple batch of batter or frosting at one time...a definite plus! I bought the rubber-edged bowl scraper beater because the batter ingredients seem to collect at the very bottom of the bowl when I use the regular beater. The pasta roller is the next attachment I plan to get to help with fondant decorating. The unit works great and KitchenAid is a very reliable brand. I am so glad I finally have my ultimate mixer!

I've been eyeing this Kitchenaid pink artisan mixer for over a year now. I know that it's of great quality cause my mom and grandma owned one when I was a little girl. I always loved baking with them. I previously owned a cheaper brand, although it does the job, I noticed that it was noisy when it's mixing. I planned to save enough money to buy this mixer and to my surprise my husband bought it and gave it as a gift last Christmas. I love everything about it - from the color, to the glass bowl that allows you to see everything, to the quiet way it mixes. I'm so happy that I finally own one, it makes me so excited that I Bake every weekend.
