I received this mixer, for Christmas. I love the color and it seems to work pretty well. The only down side (so far) is the accessories seem to be a little chintzy. I used to have a KA mixer about 12 or so years ago and I distinctly remember the dough hook and mixer attachments being pretty heavy/solid...the new ones are either hollow or made out of a less substantial metal, which is disappointing. I'm also not sure how I feel about the glass bowl vs the standard metal one, but it works fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with my mixer. Got it to make bread busy trying different recipes. Just used it to mix hamburger for swedish meat balls worked great. Love the color. Shipping was on time.

I've been wanting a KitchenAid mixer for a long time, but didn't do enough home cooking to really need it. But while I was looking at ice cream makers, I saw the ice cream maker attachment and decided to buy them together. What a great decision! My family and friends can't believe I make my own ice cream and it's DELICIOUS. With the holidays upon us, I'm looking forward to using the mixer for holiday treats. My next thought is to add the food processor attachment. Fun! Plus, I LOVE the color. :)

When we moved to ND, into a much smaller home, with a much smaller kitchen I reluctantly sold my Kitchenaid Mixer. I struggled for a two whole years until I decided i just couldn't live without one. I purchased the beautiful purple mixer (my favorite color, which wasn't available many years ago when i got my first one). I can't imagine living in my kitchen without one....ever again.

I have only used this once but so far I love it. The only thing I noticed that I'm not sure about is that the batter does not come off the beater when you lift it up and run it as it does with other beaters thus making it hard to remove extra contents that is stuck on. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment.

My husband bought this for me a a Christmas present and gave it to me on Christmas Eve!! We've been looking for a PINK one for YEARS, we found this beauty and I had to have it... I mixed everything I possibly could in this the first day I had it... It now sits on my counter top and I use it all the time. I can't wait to start collecting all the different attachments that go with it!!! I there is one appliance you're going to spend money on it NEEDS to be this
