[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a kitchen Aid mixer for over 50 years, waited until I could afford this beautiful, larger series, and I finally did. But the start up on it drags, it's not a smooth operation like my previous one. The bowl has a rubber bottom that you feel will come off at any time. I wouldn't recommend this version to anyone, but the standard Kitchen Aid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to other mixers I’ve had...well, there is no comparison to be honest. The attachments are SO much more thorough in mixing. Power is great. The finish of my mixer looks awesome on my countertop. The glass bowl is pretty heavy, and ai definitely recommend the shield for adding/mixing flour. Other than that, zero complaints.

Head-lift Heaven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several years of unhappily using my “upgraded” kitchenaid mixer, which was more powerful, but was also a bowl-lift, I finally bit the bullet and bought the Artisan Design tilt-head mixer....and I LOVE it! I am definitely a head-tilt fan. I do NOT find the glass bowl too heavy, as other reviewers have. I don’t even miss the extra horsepower.
I would recommend this to a friend!
